1. Our service
Flypass sells prepaid eSIM data plans for use abroad. An eSIM is a digital SIM profile you install on your phone from a QR code, with no physical card.
Our plans are data only. They come with no phone number, no regular calls and no SMS. Service in your destination is provided by local mobile operators through our eSIM partner.
Each plan has its own data allowance, validity and list of countries, as shown on the plan page when you buy. Some plans do not work in certain countries; that limitation is shown on the plan page too.
2. Compatible phones
Before you buy, make sure your phone supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier. The FAQ explains how to check.
If your phone turns out not to support eSIM and the plan has never connected to a network, you can request a refund under the Refund Policy.
3. Ordering and payment
You do not need an account. We only ask for a working email address, because your eSIM and receipt are sent there. Please check it carefully: we cannot take responsibility for an eSIM sent to a mistyped address.
Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), and the amount on the payment page is the amount you pay. Prices may change at any time, but a change never applies to an order that is already paid.
Payments are processed by Xendit, a licensed payment provider. We never see or store your card number, PIN or e-wallet password.
A payment link is valid for a limited time. An order that is not paid by then is cancelled automatically, at no cost. We only process an order when the amount received matches the invoice; an underpayment, or a payment that arrives after the order was cancelled, is returned under the Refund Policy.
4. eSIM delivery
Once payment is confirmed, we prepare your eSIM and email you the QR code with installation instructions. The same QR code is available on your order page. This usually takes a few minutes.
Your order page link is private: anyone who has it can see your QR code. Do not share the link or the QR code with anyone else.
If your eSIM has not arrived, contact us through the Support page with your order ID.
5. Installation, activation and validity
You can install the eSIM before you travel. A plan's validity only starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in your destination, not when you buy or install it.
A plan must be used for the first time before the activation deadline shown on your order page. A plan that has never been used by then expires.
When the data runs out or the validity ends, data service stops or continues as described for that plan. Plans never renew automatically, and you will not be charged again.
Do not delete the eSIM from your phone while the plan is in use, because a deleted profile cannot always be reinstalled. If it happens, contact us; we will help, including reissuing the profile where possible.
6. Network quality
Coverage and speed depend on the local operator, your location, how busy the network is and your phone. We cannot guarantee a signal everywhere, for example in remote areas, inside some buildings, or on planes and ships.
If your eSIM is not working, follow the steps in the FAQ or contact us. Problems on our side are fixed or refunded under the Refund Policy.
7. Fair use
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful in Indonesia or in your destination, to send spam or attack networks, or to resell eSIMs without our written permission.
Partner operators may apply fair use policies of their own. We may suspend an eSIM that is used in breach of these terms, and such use cannot be refunded.
8. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed tickets, roaming charges from your main SIM's operator, or lost business.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indonesian law, including the Consumer Protection Law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. A paid order stays under the terms that applied when it was bought.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it together in good faith. If that fails, it will be resolved through a consumer dispute settlement body or a competent court in Indonesia.
